The wheat bag can also be heated in a warm oven (100/150 degrees, gas mark 1 or 2) for up to 10 minutes depending on how warm you want it to be. Remove outer Fair Isle cover, then just sprinkle a few drops of water on the inner bag and wrap in foil but not tight before popping the inner bag into the oven.
Alternatively, cool inner bag only in the refrigerator or freezer for approximately an hour in a plastic bag. It may then be used as a cold compress for relief from sports injuries, bumps, swellings etc.
May be used externally, hot or cold, on other areas of the body to assist with pain relief.
If you have any doubts about using this product, please consult your doctor. Do not leave unattended with children under 36 months or anyone unable to feel the heat or move the bag for themselves.
